Yoga for Women - Tips to set a routine

"Yes, I am a woman, But I need to take care of myself.

Yes, I have to take care of the best nutrition for my family, But I need to take care of my healthy plate too.

Yes, I know, my healthy-regime today, will lead my better health tomorrow.

Yes, I need to follow some healthy tips today."


We the women, need to take care of our health. Here are a few tips which would help all women to attain a healthier life:


1) Facial Yoga- We can learn facial yoga from our parlor lady's moves for our facial. Use all that moves in any moment you are free.

Face yoga involves massage and exercises that stimulate the muscles and skin. This technique is designed to soften and relax your face muscles to help alleviate tension, stress, and worry. This may also help you stop making the facial expressions associated with those feelings.


2) Blow the balloon technique- Use the "Blow the balloon technique" for breathing exercises. It will increase your lung capacity.


Steps for "Blow the balloon technique":

  1. Sit on your chair, yoga mat, or floor. If you are able to, cross your legs.

  2. Place your hands on your belly.

  3. As you breathe in, try to make your belly bigger, like a balloon blowing up.

  4. When you breathe out, let your belly get smaller.

  5. Repeat and relax.


3) Time for yourself - Maybe in the kitchen, waiting for the milk to boil, or waiting for your toddler to try tooth brushing on his own. Use that few seconds, to do deep breathing.


4) Kegels is must do for all the ladies:

Kegels is the best and easiest exercise for uterus strengthening.

How to do Kegel Exercises:

  1. Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lie down.

  2. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles. Hold tight and count 3 to 5 seconds.

  3. Relax the muscles and count 3 to 5 seconds.

  4. Repeat 10 times, 3 times a day

Ladies, Try to follow atleast these very simple and minimal time consuming techniques for the healthier you.
